- We are not liable to you for any loss, theft or damage to products that occurs after delivery to you or to an ATL (Authority To Leave) address;
- We are not liable to you for any loss you suffer if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently by someone else, other than to the extent our acts or omissions caused the loss;
- Where we are liable to you under these Terms for any losses you suffer, our liability will be:
- reduced or limited to the extent (if any) that you either caused or contributed to those losses; and
- limited to the total dollar amount of the products purchased by you in relation to which your loss has arisen, other than to the extent that our acts or omissions have caused or contributed to those losses.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. The version applicable at the time of your order governs your purchase.

Your Order
You'll receive an order confirmation email once we've received and processed your payment. Please note, this doesn’t guarantee product availability. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch your items and send a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to accept or cancel your order for any reason. This includes but not limited to unavailability of product (out of stock), an error in the price, image or product description, an error in your order, issues with your payment or address, fraud prevention, excessive returns or chargebacks by you, shipping or trade restrictions, shipping time constraints, product recalls or withdrawals, customisation issues, technical errors, force majeure, failure to meet minimum order requirements (if applicable), or as otherwise set out in these Terms. If we cancel your order, we’ll notify you by email and offer a full refund or store credit.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars, including GST. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and other options available at checkout. All payments are processed in Australian dollars.

Our Products
We strive for accurate product descriptions on our website. However, errors can occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
Handmade or natural products may vary slightly from images. Color displays can differ between screens.
We can remove or change products or website content at any time. These changes won't affect existing orders.
We use technology, including AI, to improve our website. While we aim for accuracy, generated content may not always be perfect.
We're always working to enhance your shopping experience, which may mean different customers see different things.
Cancellations
You can cancel your entire order or specific items before it's processed, receiving a refund or store credit (excluding shipping if other items remain). Once your order starts processing, cancellations or changes are difficult. We aim to process orders quickly, so please cancel as soon as possible. Orders can't be cancelled once shipped or if they're made-to-order. Next-day, Fast Track, and Click & Collect orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Exchange
We don't offer exchanges. To get a different item, return your order and place a new one. Check our Returns Policy for details.
Our rights
We may refuse returns if we can't verify your purchase or if the damage isn't our fault (see our Faults and Damages policy).
Warranties
We offer warranties on some products. These warranties vary and cover specific defects for set periods (e.g., 1, 3, 5, or 10 years). Manufacturer warranties
Some products may have a separate manufacturer's warranty. Check the product page for details. If there's an issue, the manufacturer might be able to help faster. They have more product knowledge and spare parts. You can contact them directly or ask us for help.

We reserve the right to refuse service. Unacceptable behaviour, like bullying or abuse, may result in blocked access to our website or other actions.
