Delivery
Delivery Fees
Shipping costs vary based on factors like product size, weight, quantity, and destination. You'll see the exact shipping cost before checkout. Please note that changing your delivery address or time after placing an order might result in additional charges.
We estimate delivery times based on ground floor deliveries. If shipping costs are unexpectedly high, we may contact you to adjust the order or cancel it with a full refund.
Enjoy flat shipping for just $80 on all orders below $250. Flat $50 for order between $251-$500. Plus, when you order above $500, you can take advantage of free shipping!
Dispatch Time
Each product shows an estimated dispatch time. Most orders placed before 11:59 pm (VIC time) on a business day are shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends are processed the following Monday.
Some products, like made-to-order items, may take longer to ship. Unexpected delays can happen due to factors beyond our control or fraud checks. We aim to ship orders quickly and will notify you of any delays.
Note: Business days refer to weekdays in the state where your order is shipped.
Delivery methods & locations
We deliver nationwide using trusted carriers. Your order will be sent to the address you provide at checkout, or as updated before dispatch.
We can't deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers due to product size. Most deliveries require a signature. If you’re not home, the carrier might leave a card for pickup or reschedule.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations for safety or accessibility reasons. In this case, we'll contact you and offer a refund minus shipping costs.
Our products are for Australian delivery only. Some items are only available in metropolitan areas. Check product details for more information.
Standard Delivery
Our Standard Delivery is a quick and affordable option for most items. We use trusted carriers to deliver to your ground floor door. Deliveries typically occur between 8am and 6pm on weekdays, but this can vary.
We'll keep you updated on your order's progress with emails and SMS. Unfortunately, we can't specify a delivery date or time for Standard Delivery.
Specialist Delivery
For large or fragile items, our specialist team offers careful delivery. We'll contact you to schedule a delivery date. If needed, you can arrange an alternative time with our delivery partner.
Our team can deliver your item up to two flights of stairs and into a room of your choice. For higher floors, a suitable lift is required. Please clear the delivery area for a smooth process.
Deliveries usually occur between 8am and 5pm on weekdays, but this can vary. We'll keep you updated on your order's progress.
What if I'm not home?
If you're not home, our delivery partner will try to reschedule. They might use an evening delivery option to get your item to you faster.
First-time Delivery
Did you know that customers who authorise us to leave their parcels in a safe place often receive their orders quicker and are happier overall?
If you can't be home, consider allowing us to leave your parcel in a safe, dry location. You can do this at checkout. This helps avoid delays and rescheduling.
If you prefer not to use ATL, we'll need your authorization when we deliver. We'll follow social distancing guidelines, including signing on your behalf if needed.
Delivery failure
Please double-check your order details, especially your delivery address, before confirming. If your address is incorrect, you'll be responsible for any extra shipping costs.
Risk and Title
You become responsible for the products when they're delivered to you or the location you've authorised (ATL).
