Our Compare Chairs tool lets you compare up to three chairs side by side.
You can quickly compare features including headrests, lumbar support, armrests, recline, backrest material, weight capacity and price.
Do Sitmate chairs require assembly?
Yes. Most Sitmate chairs require some assembly after delivery.
Assembly requirements vary by model, and relevant information is provided on the individual product page. If you are purchasing chairs for a workplace, assembly options may also be available depending on your order and location.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Most in-stock orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 2 business days.
Delivery time after dispatch will depend on your location and the products in your order. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
Where does Sitmate deliver?
We deliver to metropolitan and regional locations across Australia.
Available delivery options and charges depend on your postcode, order size and products selected. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where available.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and help organise the appropriate next step.
Can I return a chair if I change my mind?
Eligible products may be returned for change of mind in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Return conditions, timeframes and any applicable costs are explained in the full policy.

What warranty comes with my chair?
Sitmate chairs are backed by up to 5 years of warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and exclusions.
